How to Search

You can search for doctors, care providers or facilities in the following ways:

• Select the program with which you are affiliated.
• You can restrict your search by location, by entering your zip code and a desired distance.
• Using the specialty menu, you can select a specific specialty.
• You can enter a doctor, facility, or hospital name into the "keyword" box.

Alternately, once you have selected a program, you can click one of the icons at the bottom of the page, and view a logical list of specialties. You can additionally restrict your search results by zip code and distance as above.
